# Authorization

This page will explain what an authenticated customer integration is allowed to do and how developers should reason about approved access boundaries.

Authorization is distinct from authentication. Any published roles, scopes, permissions, resource boundaries, or customer-specific entitlements must come from approved customer-safe authority and must not be inferred from examples or implementation detail.

No concrete authorization model is asserted by this foundation.
