# Retries

This page will explain what customer developers can rely on when a documented VissoraX event delivery does not complete successfully.

Retry timing, attempt counts, backoff, terminal behavior, ordering, duplicate delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities must come from the approved webhook contract and verified behavior. None are asserted here yet.
